Our full grooming service is a comprehensive head-to-paw treatment. It includes a luxurious warm bath with premium shampoos, blow-drying, full body haircut tailored to your breed or preference, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, and a refreshing scent spritz to finish.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Appointment times vary by service and dog size. Baths typically take 40–65 minutes. Full grooms for smooth coats take 90–120 minutes. Double coated breeds can take 90–180 minutes depending on size and coat condition.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, Kay's Groom Room is by appointment only. This ensures every dog gets calm, one-on-one attention without the stress of a busy salon environment. Book online or give us a call!

What if my dog is anxious or has special needs?

We specialize in high anxiety and fearful dogs. Kay's in-home setting and one-on-one approach creates a calm, stress-free environment. We use gentle handling techniques and take extra time when needed. An additional fee is only charged if time becomes extremely excessive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations require full payment for the groom plus a $20 fee.

Do you handle matted dogs?

Yes! We specialize in matted dogs. Additional fees apply based on severity: light matting +$20, moderate +$30, severe +$40. An estimate is given at drop-off, but the final price is determined after grooming based on time and coat condition.
