Your puppy's first grooming experience shapes every future visit — so at Kay's Groom Room we build that first visit around confidence, not a perfect cut. The Puppy First Groom is a short, low-pressure session where your puppy meets the clippers, dryer, brush, and bath in a calm one-on-one setting. The goal is a happy puppy who trusts the process, not a show-ring finish. Ideal starting age is 12–16 weeks (after the second round of vaccinations). Sessions run 30–60 minutes and cost $40–$75 depending on size. You're welcome to stay for the first visit if it helps your puppy settle. Serving Seagoville, Mesquite, Balch Springs, Kaufman, Forney, Dallas, and the surrounding southeast DFW area.
